Excellent results. I started getting perimenopausal symptoms about 3 months ago - feeling very warm both at night and also in surges during the day. It was very unpleasant - I am a teacher and was starting to feel extremely tired during the day due to poor sleep quality (not good with a class of Year 1 children plus being Stage coordinator) Anyway, I went to see Simon and after several sessions, I felt relief from my symptoms. The hot flushes have stopped completely which has been fantastic. He has also helped with my sleeping and most nights I am able to fall back to sleep if I wake up at that dreaded 3 am time. Simon is always professional and caring and even though I'm somone who does not like needles, I look forward to my visit because I know that I will feel better for it.
